1. Overview
Shengli Oilfield Jinda Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. has long been professionally researching and developing lined tubing production lines, tubing cleaning and repair production lines, lined pipe materials, and lined tubing.
The lined tubing production line is used to install lining in oilfield tubing, producing lined tubing that meets national standards. It mainly consists of a tubing drilling machine, a lining diameter reduction and pipe loading machine, a static lined pipe discharge and hoisting frame, a heating and insulation chamber, a lining cutting machine, a flanging heater, a lining flanging and sealing machine, an automatic drift diameter machine, a tubing threading machine, a tubing transmission line, a tubing storage rack, loading and unloading manipulators, a centralized control cabinet, and an equipment operating condition display system.

2. Characteristics
  • Reasonable Production Process: Adopting large-capacity tubing storage and heating insulation chamber ensures adequate stress release and expansion time for the lined pipe, enabling automated continuous production.
  • Advanced Equipment Technology: The static storage conveyor uses servo control and magnetic lifting technology; the flanging and sealing machine employs a tracking self-aligning centering technology; the diameter-reducing pipe loader utilizes adaptive matching of the lined pipe's outer diameter with the tubing's inner diameter and automatic stop technology when encountering obstacles; the drift diameter machine adopts flexible cable transmission technology; and the shelf and manipulator utilize silent technology.
